A disclaimer

If you can't tell, "under construction" barely describes the mess that this is. This is mainly because what HTML I know I learned before 1995, and have since forgotten, since it wasn't really something that was encouraged or facilitated by my employment, and I didn't have a computer of my own for about five years. So anyway, I'm sure that there are some boo-boos here which I have not yet caught.
